| - After several people recommended this place, we made a reservation for Saturday dinner. We wanted to try a bit of everything so we ordered two small dishes, a vegetable dish, and a main entree to share. To start, there was bread and olive oil that was infused with a bright, perhaps fruity, flavor. The crispy chickpeas were a nice snack. The Peruvian chicken spring rolls were fantastic - very flavorful and with a nicely thin fried wrapper. Perhaps the most interesting dish, flavorwise, was the spicy grilled summer squash with fish sauce. Very savory and innovative. The grilled half chicken was tender and tasty, but the accompanying rice was overly sweet, to the point that we only ate the rice that was less covered in sauce.
Overall, we found all of the dishes to be on the heavier side (maybe just because of our picks) but the flavors were amazing and creative. Service was great. I will definitely return to try some of their other dishes.
