I came to rejuvederme having bought a groupon for microdermabrasion. The aesthetician was clearly skilled and knowledgeable at her trade, but her table-side manner was quite poor. She basically told me I have terrible skin and needed x, y and z product (these products would of course rid me of every skin problem in the book, at a hefty price tag however). The upsell was non-stop, and began before the treatments even did. Telling her that the products and services she was pushing were simply out of my budget wasn't enough-she would then proceed to insist I opt for a $50 masque or that $1200 for a package of IPLs was really not all that much. Once she seemed to concede that maybe I was a pauper and couldn't afford my rent on facials she did a pretty half-cooked job of the actual task at hand, slapping product on my face afterwards and sending me off with not a grin. The spa is well situated, and the young man who serves as the receptionist is lovely. The washroom is a bit dingy but I don't hold that against them as my main gripes are with the customer service and actually attention to the treatment, if one is not willing to go for the aggressive upsells that severely detract from any enjoyment of the visit.
