  • Wynn and Encore are the best hotels to stay on the Strip. I like it for several reasons: 1) their buffet (enough said). PARKING: if you drive, it is an EASY walk from your car to the hotel. I hate Cesar's and Bellagio where it is literally a maze through parking and the casino to get to your room. LOCATION: you can easily walk to Palazzo/Venetian and Fashion mall via the esplanade. ETC: The rooms are spacious and clean. The elevators are fast. Their shampoo and lotions smell divine (a clean vanilla/coconut). Front desk staff are quick and helpful (concierge has helped me with everything from tickets, dinner reservations, extra towels...) I also like how the people in here aren't all hot messes at night. Sure you will still see escorts and the like on the floor at 2 am, but I don't have to constantly deal with the obnoxious, drunken groups in other hotels. That was cool when I was 21, but I actually like to relax and will definitely be asleep at night and not throwing hotel pre/post/whatever parties in my room. Note that wifi is included in your resort fee and it was steady and fast the whole time. They have a great gym that you can also use and a spa which I have never been in. They have 3 pools. For some reason they were filling the pools up with water for the majority of one day. That was kind of inconvenient, but then I was thinking maybe there was gross stuff in the pool, so that's cool they decided to clean it up! Also, our room came with buffet passes, but we couldn't use them on Sat, Sun or Monday due to the Labor Day weekend menus. Wynn is still a great hotel and my fav in Vegas!
