  • I knew I needed blinds but wasn't sure where to start- Russell was a wonderful help- knowledgeable, patient, and so helpful with explanations of different types of window coverings and their pros and cons. He came out to measure, answered any questions, and gave an estimate that was nearly exactly what the final cost ended up being- no surprises. Then the installer came- I can not say enough about how kind he was- our baby was napping in the other room and he was so thoughtfully quiet even though we did not ask for him to be- he even DRILLED QUIETLY! He was so helpful- answering questions and concerns and also very knowledgeable and friendly. I am so pleased with the product and with the customer service- thank you so much, Arcadia Blind and Shutter!
