I used to work for Calgary Transit so I can speak with a little bit of authority on the subject. This service needs to be run like a business instead of a city service. Businesses know that if you abuse your clients, you'll lose their trust and you lose revenue. How can a transit service in a winter city like Calgary break down every time it gets to -15? The people at the top of this service need to get it together and run the trains and buses as if they actually care about people getting to their destinations on time and without freezing to death at a bus stop because their once an hour bus didn't come.
