  • Staff is super friendly and knowledgable. Manager is very helpful and is always willing to do whatever it takes for his employees and members. I have been attending this location for about a year now and it's because of the energy I walk into. The staff is funny and they always have smiles on their faces. That is important for a gym. If you are just getting started, this is the gym to go to. It's smaller than the others. I felt comfortable that I wasn't going to walk into a huge gym with a ton of people that were way more in shape than I was. It becomes intimidating. I love this gym. I was able to stick to my goal to lose weight and get healthy without distractions. This gives people a chance to can get comfortable with their bodies before they walk into a huge gym with a bunch of iron heads. As far as the sewage smell. That is gone now. It only smelt funky for a short time but they got it handle immediately. I think it was from the sushi place next door. If you walk in today, it doesn't smell at all. I would recommend this gym if you want to be around positive people in a comfortable environment.
