  • After our house sat on the market with almost no feedback for several months, my brother and I decided to hire a new agent. We interviewed several, and we were really impressed with the Hill Group. They agreed with the recommendations we had heard from the other agents who seemed really knowledgable (painting, taking professional pictures, lowering the price of the house, writing our summary differently), but Joshua also seemed to know our particular neighborhood of South Scottsdale very well, and had statistics to prove how fast their houses sold. We couldn't be happier with our choice. I think the house was on the market for less than a week total before it sold, and it sold for what we had been told by everyone was as much as we could expect. Joshua was professional, strategic, always in touch, and helpful in every stage of the process. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to sell their home. I should also mention that Joshua probably had to work a little harder than usual to keep in touch with us. My brother and I owned our house together, and my brother had moved out of state, so Joshua often had to call both of us to coordinate decisions, or call one of us and then wait for the other to be free, etc. He was always professional about this, and it was very appreciated.
