  • If your looking for a pool company that you know gave you their best, didn't overprice their product or service, and stand by their word this is the company for you. Greg and Chuck answer every question you have, they're knowledgeable, friendly, and very easy to deal with. Greg took the time to get to know what my wants and needs were for our pool. He informed me on what the safest option was, he even shared his personal experiences with different plaster, deck and tile were! I personally have nothing but positive things to say about our experience. We signed a contract on a Wednesday, the following Monday the pool was being drained, Tuesday the old deck was chipped Wednesday the old plaster and tile chipped out, Thursday the deck was placed and painted, Friday the tiles and plaster arrived, Saturday morning the tiles were installed Monday morning the new plaster was layed, by Monday evening we were filling the pool back up. The entire week Greg communicated with what was going on when they would be here, and the steps along the way. Chuck comes and explains different maintenance and steps so that the best outcome for the pool will happen. They cleaned their mess everyday, they were thorough in detail, and they truly care about each step being completed to 100% satisfaction. I would make one suggestion, be sure you pay for them to brush your pool for you. It's a hassle and they could do it WAY better! (This is one of those leave it to the professionals steps!) Our pool is being serviced by them now just because of how well they took care of us. I would recommend to anyone using this company to renew your pool, build a brand new pool, clean your old pool, even just update your pool now. The way they care is more then I have ever felt when dealing with any repairs, remodels, or builds. Greg answers any question, concerns and listens to every single comment that you have to make and answers accordingly. I cannot say enough great things about how perfect our pool turned out! It's amazing having friends over to swim, they're always blown away at our remodeled pool! Don't settle for just any company, really give Pools R Us an opportunity to come out meet with you about your pool!
