  • Awesome place with a great team! I'm the type that does not trust auto service centers... but this Brakes Plus has earned my trust for sure. My last two visits I dealt with "Russ" and felt I had to do a shout out for him and this service center. Russ went above and beyond to help me with a costly problem with one of my vehicles, repairing my vehicle in a timely manner and saving me money as well (who does that???)! Additionally, had my truck in there for an oil change and I told Russ it probably could use an air cleaner as well... 20 mins later Russ comes out,, shows me my existing air cleaner and says its pretty clean still, no need to change it. Again, could have had me with the air cleaner, but didn't, ya'll rock! Just a few examples. Thank You Russ and the folks at the Tatum and Bell Rd Brakes Plus, always professional and "honest", its appreciated! Good people that I trust and thanks again Russ! Ron
