  • This place has a beautiful showroom with a huge selection of appliances and high end plumbing supplies. The salesman we dealt with actually seemed to know quite a bit about the products they carried, which is rare I have found. I was very surprised to see that their prices beat Lowes and Best Buy when comparing same brand and model ovens and they also had several more options to choose from. I did have to subtract a star for the cumbersome checkout process however. The girl at the counter did not know the model numbers for the items we were purchasing (nor how to look them up in her computer apparently) and had to keep calling the salesman back over. Also, we found out at that point that only the stainless steel color of our range/oven was on sale and we wanted black so had to pay a higher price. This was somewhat offset by the discount that they give to first time customers. I also had a few problems with the delivery. I guess that's a separate company but I am still subtracting a star. First they showed up without the microwave and with the wrong power cord for the range. Then returned with microwave but didn't install it (I guess delivery and installation are two different companies???) Then two more visits to bring correct cord and install microwave and hookup the fan. Everything works great and I am very happy with our purchases, but what a hassle!
