  • We booked through an online reservation, once we got there they made us pay more than twice the price and didn't take our deposit even though we had already paid it! They told us to contact customer service since it was online, they said too bad. Asked to speak to a manager, they refused to come out of their office to assist. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. SHADY PEOPLE.
