We went to Snooze when it first opened and we're not impressed. But we gave it another chance and our opinion did not change. Have had other friends go and say they like it. So months later we tried it again. We waited at the host stand and the employees did not seem as if they were at all phased that potential guests were waiting to have the past experiences erased and replaced with a whole new perception. The lady who greeted us was pleasant enough and directed us to our seat.
She did not ask if the table was to our liking but said "here you go and your server will be right with you ".we asked if we could sit somewhere in the back where the sun would not hit us in the face. She obliged but seemed very put off by the ridiculous request and our audacity to want to sit elsewhere. The employees fit a certain mold but I would prefer employees who were more energetic and happy to have guests walk in the door who could be potential regulars. We went to the Farmhouse instead where the ambience is real and genuine and did not command an eye rolling disdain from the seater when I as a guest asked to sit elsewhere
