  • We called ahead for 3 pedicures and they told us to come in at 215. We arrived at 215 and we all got chairs, 1 pedicure was started at 220, the second started at 240 and the 3rd person ended up leaving at 3 pm after waiting for 45 minutes. In the mean time 2 other patrons were taken care of before us. It made everything very frustrating, didn't even enjoy the pedicure because we were so frustrated! The pedicures were nice though. I felt bad for the people working there, they need better management.
