| - Moved from Colorado to North Carolina. 2 pods. Weeks ago scheduled the first pod delivery for May 10th, which was yesterday. Today, still no delivery. All of our most important household goods are in this first pod. AND, yes, we've tried calling. Hours on the phone, when we get through to someone (Juanita) they act as if we're intruding, like what's my problem? Even after explaining our situation, we're asked - "So you want to schedule a pickup?" or "So you need a pod to load?"
It's like we're dealing with children, and our blood pressure is through the roof (we're both over 70).
So it's the end of business Thursday, so now 2 full days past the originally agreed upon delivery date, and we not only don't have any furniture, but no one returns calls, we have no idea when! They act as if they lost our stuff and are afraid to tell us!!!
The offending location is Greenville, SC...
