  • This review is for the sales and finance departments as I have had no need to use the service center yet. We bought our new Q5 and could not be happier with the car itself. We researched many SUV's over the past 6 months and decided the Q5 had everything we were looking for. On their lot they had the almost perfect car for us. It had a vanity plate which neither of us wanted. No problem said the manager and they switched the grill for us. Buying a car is always stressful. I have to say this was one of the easiest vehicle purchases we have ever made. Our sales guy, Rich, was great! He went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. Through negotiations, Rich was very easy to deal with. I'd recommend him to all of my family and friends. Finance is usually an extended headache, but Peppi made it not so. There was no pressure, no gimmicks, no attitude when you said no thank you. I wish all finance departments had someone like Peppi! Thank you to Rich and Peppi for making it a pleasure to buy a car!
