  • Mike called to ask about the issue we reported. There was a misunderstanding in our initial communications but after further conversation Mike drove out to personally meet with me on our property. He inspected the areas that were an issue and explained in more detail that the issues were not with workmanship or defective paint but that the design of the house caused streaking due to how the water ran off the roof. Nevertheless he insisted on sending a crew to ensure our complete satisfaction. Thank you Crash of Rhinos & Mike Ricker!
