I question the validity of the reviews posted here. I rented cars here twice, both times they attempted to overcharge me. The first time my dad had initially placed a reservation online for a sedan for me. When we went to pick it up they confirmed that my reservation was in the system as requested, but they were all out of sedans. They then tried to give me a ginormous gas guzzling SUV for more than double the price. Nice try guys. My dad was annoyed but willing to pay, not me! I said it was unacceptable and asked to speak with a manager. After much haggling I received a smaller SUV at the sedan price and free gas.
Fast forward five months, my dad wants to use them again for some ungodly reason. We again reserve a sedan online. When we go to pick it up, guess what happens? THE SAME THING! This time I really did get stuck with the ginormous SUV, which btw got 19 mpg. The doofus at Enterprise tried to sell me on it by saying it got 25 mpg, what a goon. I had to take it to Toronto and it ate gas like my son eats chicken nuggets. The guy in charge thought he was doing me some kind of favor by giving me a free tank of gas and the sedan rate. Their dishonest practices are the real issue here. I did finally manage to convince my dad to break free of his weird fixation with Enterprise. He no longer uses them as a result of the nonsense that went on in this office.
