  • I also had a bad experience here...but I never thought to rate it until reading Mark's. As a woman coming into this store, I believe I was targeted. I came in to preorder Left 4 Dead Game of the Year edition as a gift for my brother. The guy says, "Would you like to get our extended warranty for another 8 bucks (or however much it was), because your Xbox can scratch the game and its ruined and you can't fix it and Xbox won't replace it". I'm no dummy, and I know this scam and said, "No thanks". A week later I return to pick up the game, and the guy says "Oh check it out, the game is cheaper than when you preordered it". Score right?!? WRONG. So they knocked the new price off, and then sneakily ADDED the warranty without my permission! That is just so sneaky and lame, I was pissed. And just because I have a vagina does not mean they can take advantage of me! SO THERE!
