  • I was kind of annoyed there today. I was looking for a shoe. They were relaying all the shoe counters. You'd think the few days before Easter, when you know it's going to be busy, you'd do that either overnight or early in am. The staff and aisles of carts of shoes made it impossible to shop. No one greeted me, etc. I was also looking for a pair of jeans. What's up with the Eurpean sizing? I am a 12. I'm really not in the mood to try to figure out what size 29, 30 is etc.... Then, to top off the experience, two clerks who could have greeted me if they wanted to, but obviously didn't want to because they were too busy talking to each other in Eucranian? If you work for an American company in America, and are suppose to help Americans, can you please speak ENGLISH. I was frustrated with my experience there today!!! I'm giving it a 3 based on previous positive experiences....But it's going down hill fast.
