  • Honestly this wasn't the worst experience I've had riding the greyhound before, there have been hour delays and lost bags before. However, this trip was a bit better, the gentleman at the desk was quick knowledgable and and very helpful. Until this point everything was fine, until I had encountered the lady checking tickets, she was very rude and seemed like we were all bothering her. I understand people can get irritating working at a job like this, but don't look like you're gonna blow your head off. The bus didn't board until the departure time which I wasn't too upset about its to be expected and has happened to me before. Price honestly isn't terrible for getting somewhere and for how much you can't complain too much about service. The slight delay and the service lady caused the loss of two stars.
