  • **DON"T RISK SCRATCHES** I've been going here for years and loved the place. The other weekend, I drove my pathfinder through and when finished, there were a couple parallel scratches from the passenger side front tire to the rear tire. The beginning of the top scratch was deep enough the paint came completely off. I spoke to the manager and before even getting to my car, he explained that it would be absolutely impossible for that to happen at his car wash and continued to give me all the reasons... Anyway, I guess I had some really bad luck. If you "search in reviews" under yelp for 'scratch' you'll see I'm not the only one. I did find that the car wash on indian bend/pima washes by hand and almost the same price so I do have a new spot. As for my scratches, I'll have to see what the insurance company says. Be warned. 99% of the time you're probably fine but that 1% you're going to come out with a very damaged car and the car wash.
