  • I love this place. I moved in Oct 2015, from my very first meeting everything was first class. I truly feel the Arcadia Cove team goes above and beyond to ensure you feel cared about and taken care of. I've lived in other apartments but have never been treated like I have at Arcadia. The grounds are beautiful, the prices are great, the facility and common areas are kept up well and the units have been updated in a great style. The office even does events every so often to show appreciation for its tenants. I live alone here and feel safe. The staff is amazing. Every time I've called they respond immediately. I've had to call in a few minor work orders (towel racks, etc) and the crew comes over quickly, does the work right the first time and doesn't leave a mess. If you live in the Phoenix area and you are looking for a safe, beautiful, friendly place to call home, I'd highly suggest do a tour and seeing what units they have.
