  • The food here is top notch and it's one of the more authentic Japanese places in the city. The only downside is that the service is painfully slow and disorganized. Last time I was there it took 15 minutes just to get water (and there were only 2 or 3 other tables at the time). I think our meal took almost 2 hours from start to finish and there were only 2 of us. As others have noted it's largely empty here and I'm pretty sure that's because of the poor service, not the food. So if you have the time I would highly recommend it, otherwise hit up Ebi Sushi just west of here.
