| - The quality of food has declined over the years, and it may be due to Aliante departing from Station Casinos. Who knows, but it remains an affordable dining option at this property and in the surrounding area.
There's a "medley" of offerings that you could find at most buffets. The difference here is that the food didn't look appetizing, specifically the wilted lettuce at the salad bars. I stuck to eating the "Asian" food, which has familiar offerings like beef with broccoli, chow mein, lemon chicken, egg rolls, and pork belly. Not bad.
The dessert section isn't exciting. It consists of donuts, slices of assorted fruit and cream pies, cookies, brownies, and ice cream. Sugar-free options are also available.
Sundays lure in the crowds and are one of their busiest days. Anticipate waiting in line for over a half-hour, especially if there's only ONE person working at the register. A discount is offered to customers with Aliante players club cards. This is beneficial if you want to a save few extra bucks.
