  • Took my pup here to be groomed, left with a severe bacterial infection in her ears. I promptly emailed this business the following day and they stated, "we forgot to mention that prior to bathing your dog we noticed a small residue that looked to be in the beginning stages of an ear infection." Complete lie. She was in no pain whatsoever prior to the appointment... They offered a 20 percent discount on my next visit. That is equivalent to a 12 dollar refund. My baby required TWO visits to the vet and a bill of over 500 dollars (that is with pet insurance coverage). Not to mention 2 weeks of healing time. Absolute cowards.
