  • The hotel has a fundamental flaw that neither its decadent interior nor professional staff can overcome: a total lack of cell phone reception. It was impossible to buy show tickets, make dinner reservations, or arrange to meet up with our friends, unless I was willing to be tethered to the nightstand phone.
