If I could give this crap hotel company a -10 I would. My in-laws were traveling to this hotel and got stuck in the Atlanta airport and were unable to fly to Cleveland. My father in-law has a heart problem and needs to sleep with his c-pap machine and was unable to because they slept at the airport. When my in-laws arrived in cleveland the hotel had told them that their hotel room had been given away and there will be no refund since my in-laws did not call and mention they were stuck in Atlanta. They showed no empathy and could careless they were traveling from California and had no where to go. I contacted their online support and was told twice by two representatives that there are expectations due to weather and flight delays and still the hotel refused to do anything about it. I will be taking this matter to the better business bureau and they will receive very bad publicity from this as it will be shared on all social media sites and will be forwarded to the media in Cleveland and in California. Im sure they were not the only ones dealing with this. As well as the hotel had rented out their room to someone else and is basically double dipping which is illegal.
