  • I have recently relocated to Las Vegas and when I called Audi Las Vegas, I was assigned to Advisor Ariane Zapanta. I have spoken to her and set up the appointment for service maintenance. When I got there on the scheduled date, I was greeted pleasantly by Ariane. My car was taken into the shop and in half an hour, I have received a call from Ariane and indicated that technician Erik Kapati has recommended to change my 4 tires, brakes, rotors and on top of my scheduled maintenance. Honestly, Ariane and Erik did an excellent job! My car now runs smoothly, no more noise from the brakes and my tires, they have given the high quality brand that were on sale that time and I have gotten big discounts from them. I am very satisfied and highly recommended Ariane and Erik for your future Car service. No regrets! Very grateful and thankful to both of them for doing a fantastic job!
