  • I had a Sharp AR -M355M with an error that had been sitting at a storefront I rented. I had no use for it there, but could use it at my office. It seemed a waste to get rid of it, and I didn't want to risk damaging it trying to move it myself. I called a number of business machine repair companies asking for quotes to move and service the machine for me. IBS was the only one willing to move it as well as service it. They quoted me $125 for moving and servicing + cost of parts. The machine needed a number of parts, and final total came out to around $400, and required IBS to come back twice with new parts. But the machine is working satisfactory. There are two issues, a slight haze in copies, which they've assured me would get better with some use, and it does seem to fade with each copy. The other is about 10% of my copies would come out a little wrinkled. They said I'd need another part and service call to fix that issue. But recommended I keep using the machine as is until that issue became more frequent.
