  • I love our new vet! Dr. B and his staff are very nice and great with my dogs. From the very start, they had excellent phone etiquette and they greeted us with the warmest welcome. I love the little touches with the welcome sign and PowerPoint slide about my dog breed. Dr. B was never pushy and never tried to upsell. He kindly suggested getting my corgi tested for a UTI because she's prone to get it again. He gave me a price, right then and there, and it was reasonable. He also sent me an email with my corgi's food prescription. My other vet, I had to drive there, get my dog checked again and they hand me a paper prescription. I don't like receiving hard copies because I end up losing it. So an email attachment is prefect. Dr. B and his staff make everything very convenient and easy. They make you feel as if your dogs are the only patients they have. They give you 100% of their attention and their response time is quick. Also, their prices are reasonable. I don't feel as if I got ripped off. Thank you Dr. B, Stephanie and staff! You guys are great!
