  • in the beginning they were okay, rent was affordable and the utilities was a flat rate, now with the new management, they are separating the utilities, which is not affordable anymore, so you are better off renting a house or a townhome. The office don't call back in a timely manner, we requested to have a manager call us and never did returned our call, the appliances are also old, they claim on their website that it's remodeled, don't be fooled, its "some", the bathroom tubs and sinks are not the porcelain ones, but the cheaper plastic ones, which is hard to clean, walls are thin too, can't wait to go and rent a house instead with the price that we are paying.
