  • We went to Scottsdale Waterfront area and picked Citizen Public House for dinner. One word of warning, no water allowed from the outside. I was coming in and was told that I could not bring in my water to the restaurant. I have been to five star restaurants and I have never been told this, however here, no water. Go figure. It does not even matter if you have health issues, you cannot bring in your own water. Very strange. The service was very good and prompt. Our waiter was very knowledgeable on all the different drinks and recommendation on the menu. Very genuine as well. We settled on the Pork Loin for dinner. The salad was just ok as the house dressing has a blue cheese kinda look and feel and taste. Not my taste and no Ranch. They really do hate California in Az. LOL The main course was cooked to perfection! It also tasted as if it was brined. So juicy and tender! Highly recommend it! For dessert we had the peanut butter push pop ice cream dessert and that was also very tasty. So great service, very good food, just don't bring your water!! LOL!!!
