  • I walked out today after waiting 20 minutes to ask a couple simple questions about a kids tablet. They were under staffed a week before christmas. To make it worse the employee in that area ( Eric) was telling another customer that he didn't care how busy they were he gets paid per hour no matter what. The customer was checking out with 4 games a iPad and another video game accessory, 20 minutes later they were still checking out. The worst part is that the item I had a question about wasn't even in stock. Every Best Buy in the area had this item except this store. This is the second time that this store has not had an item that all the other area stores did. If I'm going to have to drive to another store anyways why would I ever stop here again?
