  • The owner and his wife are incredibly nice! I dropped off my Steve Madden leather riding boots to get the sole and heel replaced, along with fixing the leather on the heels and a good shine. Very reasonably priced AND they did the job in 1 day. Seriously...1 day?!?! Now that is customer service. I was so happy with them that I brought in a pair of wedges to get them re-lined upon picking up the boots. Definitely spreading the good word in the Queen City. Compared to the uptown shoe repair shops, this guys gets it done right and with a smile.
