  • Very unprofessional!!! First of all it took me 3 times to call and get someone to answer. Then when I finally did he acted like coming over to measure was a burden. I still remained patient and an appointment was made. Then I get a call 20 minutes after my 9am appointment time to say "I'm running late can I come over in about 30 more minutes" No way. My time is money as well and I didn't go into work to wait. Customer service is lacking in all industries.
