rev:text	This place is the absolute WORST. I should have been warned when I went in to test drive the car and the salesman asked me to stop at the gas station so he could get a pack of cigarettes. I was so in love with the car that I decided to move forward with the purchase. While trying to fill out the paperwork, the salesman's computer kept having adds pop up because his computer was infected with multiple viruses. My fiance and I finally went through the sales process after someone else took over. While going through the car as we were leaving, we noticed a few scratches that we were promised that they would be taken care of. About a week later when we took the car back, we were told that there was no way the scratches could be fixed. I was so disgusted with how everything was handled and the lack of professionalism. Fast forward to now...my car had an oil leak. We made an appointment at the Mercedes dealership as we wanted all of our service to be taken care of there (we even confirmed when buying the extended warranty that we would have coverage at any Mercedes dealerships). Of course, after my fiance drove to the Mercedes dealership, we learned that our warranty wasn't any good there. My fiance called CBB to try and make an appointment there and was told he couldn't bring it in for 2 and a half weeks because there wasn't a loaner car he could have. STAY AWAY from this horrific business and DO NOT purchase a car there unless you want a terrible experience.
