  • I have went here a total of three times. The first two times my dog looked great. This past time though, they really chopped her haircut up. The hair in her ears was not removed, her nails were not trimmed at all and there are choppy pieces all throughout her body. The hair on her feet is also grown in already and the pads on her feet have long hairs in between them and her cut was only two weeks ago. Every time I go there they say how good she is so it's not like her moving was a problem. I can cut her nails at home, that's how good she is, so there is really no excuse as to why her cut is so messed up. I was always happy with them and really liked the owner but after this I don't think I will be going back.
