  • Terrible customer service. They take over 2 weeks to respond to an email sent directly via their website (secure message). I tried to call their 800 number but the waiting time is always more than 30 minutes. When I finally got a representative to talk to me, the issue was still not resolved. Instead, they gave me an email address to direct my inquiry to. Surprise, surprise...I sent two emails (not counting follow ups) and never got anything back from them. They said that they never received my email...seriously? I miss Stonegate customer service!!!
