  • My wife went to advanced orthopedics & sports medicine for issues with her knee. The doctor at the time was very condescending and came into the room with what appeared to be students. He spent more time talking with them than my wife. Shortly after we moved to the Bay Area. We were in the Bay Area for about 2 years and moved back. My wife never changed her phone number and they never called. So, we get a bill from a collection agency. We have had a spotless credit history! I have only carried a balance on my credit card for one month in my life and jimmy carter was the president. I am really sorry we missed you sending the bills, if you did. Now they won't even give me the original bill now and we have to deal with the collection agency. Now I am paying more $ due to not getting the bill of a phone call. I know they would say "well you should have let us know you are moving". Yep, everyone does that! We did let utilities, the post office, credit cards, banks, relatives, friends, Cox, so f'in sorry we forgot ao&sm! Thanks Mary and the whole lot of you at ao&sm. I will never refer anyone to you. Big loss you say? You don't know
