  • This place doesn't sterilize their tools between customers. I went on a busy day and was waiting in a pedicure chair for a tech for about 30 minutes. I thought I saw one tech go to the sink and rinse off the tools with a pump of hand soap and then take them to the next customer. Not 100% sure, I watched the girl who was to do my nails do the exact same thing! I told the girl that she should be sterilizing them and she said that she was doing as told and looked back at the owner to handle it. The owner came running over and after I told her that she should be sterilizing her tools vs. rinsing them in the sink, she swatted at her employee and pretended to scold her. Terrible acting and highly unsanitary. Avoid this place because getting fungus or HPV viruses (plantars warts) is not worth a cheap manicure/pedicure.
