  • This ulta is awful! The store is hasn't been remodeled and it is very behind other ultas. It's hard to find anything and some of the staff are very rude. In particular, there's one very snobby, mean, very rude lady who works there who I always bump into, and she's insanely rude. I think she's the manager? Anyways, I don't see how she still works there. This ulta needs to clean things up. The one at frank lloyd wright and scottsdale road is a lot better!
