I highly recommend you do NOT get any service completed at this location. I have had to bring my 2002 TL in two times to have its SRS light looked at. The first time I brought it in, they covered the cost of the reading and the replacement of the seatbelt. I called last week and the person I spoke to said that since the light had come on again, to bring it in and they would diagnose it at no charge. When I showed up the service salesman told me it would be $135 just to scan for the code. He told me that if it was the seatbelt again, they would order the part and cover the cost of replacing the seatbelt. He then continued to tell me that if it wasn't the seatbelt and it was the sensor for the passenger side airbag that it would cost me around $900 and that it wasn't worth fixing. Acura clearly does not care about the safety of its customers. Their saleman even reccommend NOT fixing airbags, when really that should be something with a lifetime warranty. I've always loved my car and acuras in general, but this experience has forced me to lose all trust for the company.
