Similar comments as others referring to serious mark up on parts. Travis arrived on time, was very quick to diagnose, and timely in the repair, taking just an hour from start to finish. Theoretically, that minimized the labor costs. However, they quoted a fixed cost to start. Based on the time spent at the quoted labor rate, they charged about three times the retail cost of the parts. Talked to the owner who said he would review and call me back (he didn't). I called again and he said that "there IS a mark up on parts" but he would make it right (he didn't). I'm all good with paying a reasonable fee, including a reasonable mark up, but this was excessive in my view. Should have checked Yelp first, and should have done more research on part costs in advance.
