  • Chris at this company is one of the best people I have ever talked to on the phone. I needed a cable for my door system and he devised one that would work even though the part I needed was from another manufacturer. The other manufacturer would not sell me a part due to insurance reasons, which in itself, I find extremely suspicious. I suspect that the negative review you see here is actually meant for another company, not this one. Chris made several phone calls to me to clarify what I needed and went well out of his way make sure that I was I was happy. To fix my back door the total cost was about $30. The other company would require me to either hire a repair man from their company to come fix it and charge me for that or purchase an entire new system. I am completely happy with this company and would highly recommend this to anyone needing any sliding glass door safety system. This company clearly feels that their customers are important and goes out of their way to make sure you're satisfied. Not many companies around like this one!
