The service is good and they're patient enough to explain the tapioca flavours. They're famous for handmade fresh tapioca, which only appeals to people who love eating tapioca. Since I actually enjoy the taste of bubble tea and not the overwhelming amount of bubbles, I thought this tea had too much tapioca. The tapioca flavours were kind of bland and tasted similar to each other, and I couldn't even tell taro had a taste at all.
Menu-wise they have the usual options and a few special drinks. Of everything I tried, the milk series (no tea) are pretty good for late night when you don't need more caffeine. I got the red bean one and it was decent.
