  • BEYOND impressed. Honestly, we went into this process totally unsure of what to expect since our only experience with contractors previously had not gone well. These guys just went above and beyond whatever I could have expected. The crew showed up early every day and stayed late, and I never saw them sitting around doing nothing. They were so meticulous with every detail, all of them! We could not believe how much time they spent getting every detail JUST right. They even fixed up areas that we were totally not expecting at all and were not within the scope of the project, but they left no area unpresentable. The icing on the cake was how much time they spent on clean up. I was shocked. I really expected to still have a dirty street out front and messed up rocks in my yard but even after a 12 hour day that entire crew worked in the dark and sprayed down the whole street and raked every rock and left no speck of evidence they were here. They must have spent hours alone just on clean up. They were so professional from start to finish. Tracy runs a fantastic company and you can tell that he and his crew are complete perfectionists on every detail. We were thoroughly blown away. And PS - they beat ALL of the other 4 estimates we received by a very significant amount!
