  • Took our vehicle in for a oil change, arrived promptly at 6:00am and was greeted by service advisor Samuel Krzyska who was extremely pleasant and eager to tend to our cars service, i appreciated his attitude and willingness to be thorough and attentive, by 7:00am the car was ready at which point he explained exactly what was done and the results of the inspection. He explained everything very clearly and answered my questions with patience, professionalism. And clarity. I appreciated being treated with respect and Samauel made a point to show me that my business was appreciated and though only a oil change, mattered. Great cusomer service , shows a sincere willingness to do his job with pride as a representative of Chapman Chrysler/Jeep.
