  • I'm giving them a 1 star because I've always had issues with them. Most of the workers on campus especially behind the desk have no clue what they're talking about. They'll send you to 5 different places and then you get to those places and they tell you that you have to see a counselor before you're able to do anything. My friend and I have both had these issues with this school. The counsellors are awesome and so very helpful but the rest of the staff is completely clueless and they have no idea how to help the students out. The desk people who you go to to sign up to meet with a counselor are just awful. My friend sat there for two hours waiting to be seen by a counselor and then after two hours they tell him "oh we forgot to tell you, you register over there for your certification" AFTER WAITING TWO HOURS THEY FORGOT?!? What sense does that make?!? Then he got over to where they told him to go and the people there told him that he had to see a counselor first... WHAT?!? So then he goes back to the front desk and tells them that and they put him at the back of the waiting list... Which means he has to wait another two hours before seeing a counselor even though he's been there for two hours already. Just bullshit and they need to get their shit together.
