  • I had a terrible experience at this pool. I rented out a penthouse at this hotel (needles to say, I spent a lot of money to be here) and all I wanted to do was spend a nice morning at the pool. As soon as I walked out into the pool area I was rudely greeted by the towel guy and towel girl. They were telling me that I could not have a glass cup out in the pool area. I responded by telling them I did not have a glass my cup was plastic, that's where I was cut off with a "excuse me let me finish" where the man proceeded to tell me the rules about glass cups... Then a security guard came up to us and my friend was being funny and told him she liked his cargo shorts and he threatened to KICK US OUT! So we left. And my friend cried!
