I would give ZERO star if possible. Book this hotel only if you like to overpay, dealing with hassles, and listening to bullshits.
They oversold their rooms and moved me to a cheap and remote hotel, charging me the same rate without any shame.
The whole drama --
The front desk said they already notified me about the change of the booking by email and call, however, I got nothing (WOW). Then the sales manager said she notified the booking agency to cancel my booking, and it is NOT her responsibility to notify me (WOW!)
The front desk said they would charge me less and sent me away. However, when I arrived to the transferred hotel, I was asked to pay the Hilton rate. Otherwise, I would be sent to another hotel which is further away. (WOW!)
The sales manager at Hilton Garden Inn is not ashamed in claiming the two hotels are the same grade so they deserve the same price. She said she did this to many guests and I should just accept it (WOW!) -- A quick search on Kayak show the transferred hotel is just half of the price!
The front desk also claimed the transferred hotel has shuttle to downtown as they do. It turns out that is "shuttle for shuttle" -- you make 2 connections and wait 30 minutes for each, while a normal ride is only 15 minute. (WOW!)
I will never book this hotel again nor this hotel chain.
